Hi! I've been reading the forums for a while now...finally decided to join!  I did property management for a few years and after dealing with some of the tenants, I said I'd never want to invest in real estate on my own. My wife and I bought our primary home in 2010 and in 2014 we bought the two-family next door to us. Then in 2016 we bought another two-family.  Things have been going great.  I think the few years I did property management helped me learn to "read" tenants better so I can avoid the bad ones.  Anyway, I'm here to learn more so I can one day reach financial freedom and possibly have something to pass onto my kids (which they'd obviously have to work for).

Chris
