I have always wanted to live in Florida and also plan to obtain my financial freedom through buy and hold. my question is which markets in Florida are the best for that strategy and hold do I go about doing the research?

I love SW FL and invest here. I would never move from Naples but my rentals are in Cape Coral because prices are lower.
