Hi all,I've been all over these forum posts trying to find this answer and I keep going back and forth on whether it can or can't be done, so decided to reach out to some of you experts here.I'm trying to figure out if a seller, that is trying to do a 1031 exchange, can seller finance the down payment on their current property that they are wanting to sell?

If you don't, the risks could be (significantly) higher.I've been investing overseas with investors since 2017 before it was as fashionble as it is today and shared my experience in the forums by replying to hundreds of posts on the topic so feel free to check those out.

If you want a few introductions, feel free to let me know.Side note, one of the other gentlemen said financial planners aren't worth it because they sell you mutual funds and insurance. 

Roulette is 50% so I feel like that is not worth it.

Just feel like there could be an easier way than a third party but you're right it does look like it would work.

And you could always charge a little more because of it but I feel like landlords usually pay water around here.
