@Robert DelVecchioI believe that on Zillow under "Price / Tax History" it will initially list the price the house is for sale, then when an offer is pending Zillow will add a line that states "Pending" under "EVENT" but will continue to use the initial list price under "PRICE".

If you are 20-40 years of age and plan on continuing on working at your current job for the next 5 years, I would suggest you take out a loan from your 401K or retirement that plan to be used as a down payment on your next property.

For the reasons you list above, the tenant is not sure they will continue to need the property and would not sign a long-term lease makes it risky for everyone involved.But it doesn't hurt to try.
