I am not a fan of coin opp servicing companies that let machines stay broke for a long period of time and then take a majority of the income for their poor service.Turning the property around will take at least 6 months since there is a lot to do.

But, they also became a fee machine.  

I wish there was a time machine I could jump into and go buy up all the cabins in Tennessee.

I have a customer that just had Verizon build a small cellphone receiver on top of the multifamily building that he owns which generates income for just being there. vending machines, billboards, ATM,  Who pays for water?

Your post implies you think you could buy it for less than a half million; you really don't need to rent out much of the space to make that a cashflowing machine, provided the renovations aren't too crazy.

@Mark Poulton I called and got a answering machine.

more machines = more maintence=higher cost.    

My motivation was't just the water bills but folks were wrecking new machines so I only provide hookups or rent used machines. 

The paper is to thin and the machine just gets jammed non stop.

No program can achieve an accurate analysis of RE until we have machines and programs that match human intelligence.
