Im a new Investor that sincerely has not done any deal yet but trying to accomplish my goals of this year I would like to know other investors from many parts but since im in Orlando Florida I would like to meet personally investors from this area and from BP I would like to have a chat with more experienced ppl and im willing to put everything on me to hear their wisdom Im interested in Rental properties (my gosl this year is 12 units so im seeking for 3 4plexes) but I want to learn everything about REI flipping, wholesale, prop management,  etcMy Ultimate goal is to be a millionaire before my 30's ( actual 23 years old) in CF yearly What I want from RE is to show my self that I can be better and better everyday and to take my loved ones to places we like and to give them what they deserve with out have to look and the bank account each weekend and have to worry I wont be able to pay the rent this monthWell anyone who feel related to this feeling please share your thoughts and if you would like to help a new investor on its carrier let me know because I REALLY WANT TO Thank you David

When I compare what I see booked on Airbnb playing with dates, vs what is showing on some of the Airbnb metric websites, they are very conflicting.I'm trying to think of everything that I am not thinking of... any words of wisdom, articles, or advice is appreciatedDanny
