I know from experience, requesting a gas meter from the city can take a few weeks (8 weeks in FL for me).   

So I would need to repeat the courses, which is 8 weeks here. 

I went on to buy my neighbors cabin and do a complete rehab on it in 2 weeks!

We get some repeat business but a lot of our week long rentals in Chatham are for special occasions like reunions,special anniversaries, special birthdays.We always need an influx of new people for the summer. 

The best thing you can have ready would be some tarps, a couple dozen 1x2 wood strips to hold the traps down.....if you lose a bunch of shingles you need to cover the roof....it will be a couple of weeks before you’ll likely get someone else to do it.

I made an offer on an REO as an owner occupant a little over a week ago and the realtor said that the bank went with a higher offer.
