Currently, I am flipping houses in NC, but I am looking to flip houses in the Richmond VA or surrounding area. I am looking for a real estate agent that is motivated and understands the needs of an investor. I am hoping to set up a some meetings this week and maybe look at some properties if any fit the bill.
