7 Doors and projected 24 closing this year while Active Duty!

Hey BP!

So it has been way to long since I posted anything since I started my real estate journey last June. It began when I bought a Cabin just outside of Gatlinburg and started using it as a V/R though Airbnb.

Since then I was fortunate enough get me TN real estate license in January of this year. I closed on a quad in Clarksville TN a few months later and "house hacked" it for awhile using my VA loan. If you are active military or a veteran I highly recommend using you VA loan! I went on to buy my neighbors cabin and do a complete rehab on it in 2 weeks! When I say rehab I mean rehab! New deck, Roof, HVAC, Floors, Furnature, Hot Tub, Landscaping. Now they are both renting at about a 90% occupancy every month! Never let distance stop you from pursuing a deal. As we get closer to the holidays and ending the year it will be upon us before we know it, I hope to continue to network and meet more like minded people.
