It's like every day another California based company announces that they are relocating to DFW.

You are talking about people  relocating  to  the  area for   work  or  in the  area  temporarily for  work  not  vacationers. 

One property of mine shot up in value because a major tech co relocated their offices next door and many others followed.

There are exceptions, one of which has to do with re-locating for employment and  another for increasing family size.

She's willing to let it go for whatever she can get for it and relocate.

You say they are a family,, any school age kids.. relocation for them is most difficult and we try and give those tenants leases that end in early summer.. if possible,, to keep those family's from relocating mid school year.
