Also when you’re looking at the Norada deal the front page only shows the basic numbers when you click the analyze this button it will take you to the page where you can add in the assumptions for vacancy and also the mortgage .

My advice would be to see if you can purchase the plans only.

Hi Michael,On a purchase you can't take out additional funds to pay for the repairs, but you can pay them out of pocket.

My out-of-state clients are successfully purchasing BRRRRs and flips deals here because you can still find cash flowing and 1% rule deals here with tons of appreciation.
