That is why I want a different title company looking at that and insuring it.One property they did not file the paperwork for power of attorney for the foreclosing agent. 

I had a house that just before I closed (when I bought) the bank let the basement get water in it (no power or sump pump and a 60 degree day in Feb caused it).

Of if you have fantastic systems in place then more power to you. 

SimpliSafe also works if the power is cut and its call-in function is cellular, not wired.

I really enjoy my day job, but will want to have more financial freedom before I turn 60.

The non refundable deposit, in my opinion, can be a powerful way to receive some extra income.

I don't mind my job as a CFP® working for a large investment firm however my goal is early financial freedom through the flexibility that real estate can give you through passive income, BRRRR strategies, 1031 exchanges and all the other amazing things that real estate has to offer.
