How to market for RTO

Greetings all! I am looking for any insight from anyone who has experience dealing with RTOs. Any tips on how to go about marketing for RTO property without completely dismissing prospective rental tenants in case I'm unable to land an RTO deal soon enough. Do I advertise for one first? Then the other? Both at the same time? Any tips and tricks are appreciated! Thanks!
