My hang up is the PMI underwriter.

So, I have scheduled a sit down tomorrow w/ the associate broker to dig more into what they can essentially do for me if i were to hang up my license there.

Have several passions, Obstacle racing, Fitness, Travel, Hanging out with Friends and Family Pets and looking forward to REI as a means to fulfill all those Dreams!!!

We had to replace all of the plumbing, update electrical, hang sheetrock, build closets, replace doors, cut and add trim, lay carpet.

Regardless of whether I hang on to the property or get rid of it, I plan on moving to another city and buying another MF property with the hopes of getting a around 15% cash-on-cash return with cash flow.
