Rent to own (lease option) buyer leads

I have a rent to own lead website and I am getting tons of leads of folks wanting to buy properties rent to own "lease option". I currently do not have any properties available. I hate to leave these folks hanging though. I have people wanting properties all over Louisville. If any of you have houses you want to sell on a lease option, I can match you with leads of people looking for houses in your area. All I ask for is a referral fee (It can come out of the option deposit) for the lead. I will vet them personally for you as much as you want or you can. Makes me no difference.
