NO one does it better than those who =own them and are there every day to watch it like a hawk.. strike up relationships ( hopefully ) with tenants that they can massage into staying for years etc.

. - The good thing about Yesinsights is that it allows you to create an automated responder based on the survey result, so for example if the customer selects that they really enjoy their new home, the app will trigger an automated email asking them if they could refer a friend :)- I also collect emails on a blog that I write on and I use the same app to survey all my subscribers to see what type of homes they are looking into buying.Talking to my customers and subscribers allows me to gain a lot more insights in what my customers want.
