Curious about how long it takes a first timer to pull the trigger on a first property.

Posting about that problem on here was probably the easiest way to get it sorted out since now you'll trigger the keyword alerts for every active investor-friendly agent within 100 miles of St.

I definitely don't want to run like a chicken with its head cut off when I am about to pull the trigger on an actual property. 

NO one does it better than those who =own them and are there every day to watch it like a hawk.. strike up relationships ( hopefully ) with tenants that they can massage into staying for years etc.   

I'll post here, but I think it does push a to a higher bracket and triggers another special clause as well.
