Hey guys, been a member for a while, just haven't pulled the trigger on any Real Estate yet.

My primary questions are for everyone who just got started in purchasing their first property...where did you get the cash?  What financing did you do?  

Just need to make that first step.  Keeping it simple until knowledge becomes power.
