This could be 12 months before property is fully stabilized, longer if you need to rehab occupied units when they become vacant.Assuming you move forward with attempting to purchase this deal, you will need to lay out a good deal of money before you ever get to closing.

The only option I know of was to print the screen that confirmed the order, but it is horribly designed and spews out 3-4 pages of junk because of the way the menu structure and page layout is coded.
