Real estate has always inspired me, i guess I just have a pasion for the interior and layouts of homes in general. Im 24 I work for a water department in stockton california and the money and benefits are good but from growing up and seeing my parents always struggle I want more and dont want to stress when im older. I have no experience besides a college course and dozens of books and podcasts I listen to. Does any body have any good recommendations for books im interested in multi-family and creative lending? Thank you

Welcome Marcos! I too am from around the Northern California area (Sacramento). I'm looking to get into R.E. As well, but like you my resources are scarce at this point in time. So perhaps we may be able to help each other out alone the way.
