I think that story alone would make a good episode but, of course, I have other stories to share.

We are actively looking for good new value add opportunities.

As a new agent, you'll be a complete amateur instead of using a seasoned agent who is an expert in negotiations, understands the market, has experience catching problems with properties, etc.A good real estate agent does a lot more than just find houses.

This seems like a potentially profitable strategy given that the factory is supposed to employ 6500 people with good salaries.

I currently have one single family rental in the Austin area that cash flows pretty good and has appreciated well. 

If you show consistency in bringing good deals and your a good investor they will know your a very low risk so they will cater to you with better terms.

@chrisSeveney should have some good advice as well.if this is NJ one thing I do know your in for a long slog and fairly costly
