It's good to meet another born and raised Chicagoan in the forums.I've found that the best thing is to stick to what you know, in terms of the areas and the types of projects you work on.

We do wish you the best in your future endeavors. 

If you're building a commune complete with art installations, cabins, etc. whatever you're seeing in the market is totally irrelevant to where your project will be 10 years in the future, completed.  

In FL, I would definitely be interested in rehab projects.

the Gantt really makes your project visual and you can see what tasks rely on the completion of other tasks. 

Without knowing much about the project you're looking at, that's where I'd look in the model
