My name is Demitri. I split my time between SWFL and ATL and love both areas! Unfortunately, the cost to get into the real estate game down in Florida is just way too much for a first timer in my position. I'm super interested in buying my first long-term rental near the Atlanta area with my brother.

Are you looking to buy turn-key, or are you doing some value add first? Maybe give a few details so that the appropriate people can chime in and help you out. If you are ok with doing some rehab there are plenty of good wholesalers in the SWFL area that might be able to find something in your price range.
