Having an attorney go over the operating agreement helps with both ensuring that it covers your specific situation and will also give you a mediator - saves a lot of drama and helps in forming a fair document that reduces conflict.

I have found that the 2 main reasons for delays has been the Caseworker not processing or the tenant not turning in all the needed documents to the caseworkers.For those interested I am working on a White Paper for the Section 8  Director to explain why more Landlords are not willing to be on the program and possible solutions to those objections.

It tends to be a quicker loan to close with less documentation required.

Of course there will be an in-depth check of all documents and bank statements or tax returns for the property.

If the issue cannot be cured,  submitting the termination with proper documentation should suffice in getting the EM releasedI assume the Asset manager is Chronos ? 

You can create a separate document for the option to buy.

If you are not an agent, you can work with a lawyer to draft documents (or get advice from a friend agent if you have one, if you don't, then make one) if needed and let the seller know this.
