Obtaining a loan as a full time student
I am a full time college student who is a sophomore and wants to begin his passive income with house hacking (looking at a duplex) while in school. But the obstacle I have been told I will run into is not having a steady income and will not be able to obtain a loan (looking at FHA). Can I use projected rent money as income when applying for a loan? Do part time jobs have any benefit in this situation? Is there any solution for someone without a full time job?
