@Nick Zias this may not apply to every marketplace the same, but in Indianapolis, I find the studios/1 bedrooms are usually tenanted by people that are more transient.

So, given that, why would it make sense to buy units with more than 1 bedroom in this type of area as studios and 1 bedrooms typically turn much faster than bigger units?

Every now and then I toss around one of those Makaha studios but haven't pulled the trigger.Have you done much with student rentals up there in Laie with the BYU campus?
