What if the shoe is on the other foot you have your deal lined up and the buyer is all full of BS and can't perform and you lose your deal how will you feel about being fibbed to..And what about sellers who make plans based on your contract to purchase.I would love to sell these folks that wholesale come up with some ethics here and some full disclosure so we protect the innocent.Just a question and if you guys think this is perfectly fine to do then well I guess that's your call and your morals and conscience so that's one side of the coin ...
