Searching for Mentorship

I have numerous lofty goals and a robust work ethic; I love strategy, finance, and real estate, yet I'm stuck in analysis paralysis.

Here's a bit about me.

I grew up in Alaska. I went to college in Arizona for a major in Robotics Engineering and a minor in Real Estate. Junior year, I decided to drop out after I had taught myself software development. I immediately jumped into work and started saving and investing 80-90% of my income. After three years of saving every penny I could, I made a mistake in the market and took a massive loss. That hit me hard and has been difficult to shake.

About three months ago, I left all other work and began devoting 100% of my time and energy to the real estate investing space. Since then, I have created a few programs for real estate investors. A real estate investing simulator and a browser extension that analyzes properties on Zillow. I love writing code, but at some level, I know it's a distraction from making my first deal, which is essential to breaking down the barriers and achieving my goals.

I'm searching for an individual or group to help guide me through purchasing my first property.
