They are not as obvious as they are in multi family however they’re very real.My firm completely switched directions and now invest in mobile home parks, self storage, and light industrial.

These items can be depreciated over 15 years: storm drainage, lighting, curbing, retaining walls, paving, fencing, etc.

Not sure the nature of this, but do you really want this person to remain as a tenant?
