@George Paiva Due to the work that would have needed to be done to install new furnaces for those units it would have cost us 6-7k total which would have added significantly to the budget percentage wise considering the entire budget is only 23k.Also, these are small 550-600 sq ft 1-bedroom apartments & in this area there is no push back at all with apartments this small having electric heat.
