How can government function like this?

Instead of having your name on the contract, you have the LLC name and you sign as a member/manager/agent or whatever function you have in the LLC.

Having a functional Kitchen design for their outdoor space will take more than a GC or Landscaper. 

Anyways, the major function of the PM is to disconnect you from the tenant, and you would be circumventing that purpose by putting yourself out there as a source of relief.

I'm wondering who has experience in this field and what you've found most advantageous from a protection, tax, and functionality standpoint.  

When I bought the building it was in shambles the whole second floor was one space and was not functional( no plumbing, electric, heating or air, and a leaky roof).Since buying it , we have rented out the front commercial space and renovated the second commercial  space and I'm using it for my real estate office. 

They also need to determine how many bedrooms the septic system can support which will be a function of several site related variables.  

The landlord, garage guy and myself were outside looking at the garage and the garage guy clearly stated that it was only the bottom panel that was dented, but the garage itself is fully functional with no other problems.
