WIPE THE MOLD AWAYAgain, assuming this is not caused by a live water leak, the best solution is to mix up a solution of mild soap and water (simple dish soap) and just wipe the mold away.

(This challenge assumes that you know how to compose a letter, keep track of your campaign activity, know when you have a deal, know pretty much what to say when the calls come in, have money available for expenses and so on.)The challenge is pretty simple: Commit to sending out a minimum number of letters each day for at least 3 months.Based on information I've gathered from other wholesalers 1000 letters per month seems to be a good number.

It's good to post it on the door to ensure that the tenant will, without a doubt, see it, but it's also good to send certified so that you'd have that paper trail, especially since you're out of state.

That's a tremendously simplistic view of economics, and from an accounting standpoint, won't get you very far...It's what the fair tax concept is based upon, of which I am a proponent....sorry if I am too simple...maybe I should find something else to do...
