For those who have wholesaled more than a couple dozen deals, I'd love to hear your shoot from the hip guesstimates regarding percentage of deals transacted all cash vs seller financed vs partially seller financed?

I understand wholesalers are at times a little more persuaded towards seller financing because of cash crunches or because of life goals/farm areas motivate holding seller financed properties in rental portfolio. If you feel that has skewed your percentages a little towards seller financing that's good to know as well :)

On the buy side, I'd say 20% of all my purchases have had some element of seller carryback or installment agreement. On the sell side, I've carried back paper probably 10% of the time. Just sold a vacant lot with seller financing today.
