I'm totally fine with negative cash flow given our purpose for investing in real estate but appreciation in many neighborhoods that I'm looking at seems unlikely.

Dear Sam - you seem like a standup guy, so I have some critique for you. 

Seems like a great idea at the State Fair, but I'd be 90% of the homes I go in that have those, the room never gets used.

Seems more likely they’ll be the ones, (or the county) kicking him out for not paying his property taxes.

I guess if the IRS wants to ask bizarre questions about the account number (seems absurd) you just say, “whoops, look at that, I’m new to this, I’m so sorry, I’ll make sure I correct that ASAP.”
