Should they relocate to a better, preferably warmer climate or stay put?

As long as you relocate near a larger city, there will always be deals to be had.

Those small business owners who find themselves priced out will either have to relocate to a less expensive location that still works with their business plan or cease operations.

I'd like to learn more about this as well since I'm considering re-locating to Florida.

It seems like every week in Oklahoma there’s another news report about layoffs, relocations, or budget cuts.

It may mean relocating, it may mean driving 6 hours north to look at a house, it may mean looking at 100 properties to find 1 and not closing that deal just to repeat it again tomorrow... on the weekend... with no guarantees...on a rainy day... , attending auctions just to be outbid by others yet coming back, buying a house just to realize it has way more problems than you budgetted for.

If you are planning to dig down 12" it will be likely that there will be some significant plumbing relocation work that will be needed to accommodate.

Every once in a while, an inquiry is made for a family for relocation purposes.

@Ashley Wolfe  When Amazon relocated their distribution facility from my town, a lot of people left to find employment elsewhere.
