For me I’ve found the lower cost to entry to be more desirable in the residential market.

My own personal preference right now is to get out of interest rates way by investing in DSTs. 

Whether that's in person, on here, or in FB groups.

Lucky I did as the poor person who responded confirmed that her identity was stolen.I have another rental and a prospective tenant and want to see if there is a way I can verify her identity.  

Landlocked property has an easement over a 1/4-acre ell in the neighboring property that otherwise blocks the property from the road and is largely (desirably, for privacy/noise) covered in trees. 

It's not 100% accurate because one person might have a smartphone and one or two tablets, but it's one more data point that helps me keep tabs on my owners' properties.Hope that helps!

For a few of them I'd ask follow up questions-ie for the person who broke the lease and is moving-why are they moving? 

I find it strange that not a single person has come forward yet to give any type of experience, good or bad, with Citrona Homes.
