I'm brand new to the world of real estate investing, still looking to make my first purchase.

I know this thread is a bit old but figured I'd add that in the last 12 months I've seen several wholesale commercial lenders roll out 30 year fixed options.

I am completely new to the real estate investing world, and looking forward to learning more about it.  

Each unit has been upgraded, electrical upgraded, roof less than 10 years old.  

I replaced the 19 year old hot tub with a new one this spring. 

Will suggest this to GC and see what plumber says.Lesson learned here, in a building that is 130 years old with original plumbing, make sure to budget for significant replacement.

Hello my name is Rogelio I am from Kearns, UT and have been a member on BP for a while but haven't really been as active as I know I could be so I figured I would reintroduce myself.A little bit about me, I'm 27 years old, I currently work in manufacturing and also Day Trade part time for the time being. 

I'm 21 years old and I plan on investing in multi family properties.

I have a contractor, which is an old friend.

@Richard Hodges moving to another market to get started in REI is somewhat of old thinking.
