I listed my house for sale which was a rental in March 2020 and it sold on June 5. 

My husband (veteran) and I purchased a home in Philadelphia in March 2017 in a neighborhood that is appreciating rapidly.

Furnished and listed and started renting it out on Airbnb in March of this year.

Us Californians don't have to deal with these things :)There's a property (not under contract yet) that we could close by EOM, but that would put us at a resale of March.

March of this year I had a conversation with my Uncle that consisted of terms like "1030 exchange" and "gross rent" and other terms I had no clue what they meant.  

In March 2016, I purchased my first house as a primary residence, this was prior to discovering the Biggerpockets community.

I currently live in Atlanta, GA but will be moving back to my hometown of Naples, FL in March of 2018.

We will be talking soon about Indy or Birmingham/Montgomery...This may be a warning to all of you out there considering investing in a co-op: be careful because you cede all control to outside parties.I listed my New York co-op last March as my research indicated March was the ideal month for sellers in Queens.
