I am fairly new to Virginia Beach, VA. I moved here from Los Angeles in late March of 2017 for a promotion at work; I am making more money and real estate is substantially cheaper here. I have a business partner, and we are ready to fund a smaller deal for cash. I am currently looking for an investor-friendly agent, honest and thorough contractors and anyone who wants to network!
