@Zak Thompson, I've noticed an issue on AirBnB that might be feeding this....when I look for similar rentals to mine in my area, I find some that have their calendars blocked.

Your feed back would be great especially hearing from other landlords that have or are renting to tenants with this income background might help clarify for other Landlords in the future.

This is why people will put up with the traffic and, I'm going to go out on a limb and put this out there, I actually think that the inability to solve the traffic problem feeds the beast and makes the city seem cooler in the eyes of the folks moving here.

Others will give more feed back soon I'm sure.Btw, #3 is kinda cool. 

Furthermore, other affiliated chemical manufacturing is enjoying the lower feed stock prices as well.The RE market might soften somewhat, but I seriously doubt the bottom is about to fall out.

Sell home and move to apartment and invest profit in stocks etc. 3. refinance home and rent it and apply for a second mortgage to buy another house.. would definitely appreciate any feed back.
