My impression, without any legal info to back it up, would be that it would be unethical at the least and illegal at the most. 

I get impression from tenants and vendors that PM can be hard to contact at times too.

I drove by the unit and.....was not impressed. 

Probably about 35 now.My best offer on the table is from the ONLY person that did not see it, but that could be for many reasons.My impression, and I would feel the same exact way in the shoes of my prospective buyers, was that the "showing" was partly about seeing the condition of the home, but mostly about feeling out me.
