Recommendations for rental managers in San Francisco

Hello I'm looking to switch management companies and would appreciate some recommendations. Most of the companies I see online are for large luxury apartment buildings. I'm looking for someone who works with smaller 4-8 unit rental buildings.

Thanks!

Hi @Maria Teo  I suggest that you check out https://www.smallprop.org/ It’s a great resource for SF landlords. If you inquire I’m sure they will send you a sample of their monthly newsletter. In the back they list several local PM firms which I believe work with smaller LL’s. Several local RE brokers also serve as PM’s, or will have contacts as well.  Personally, I think it’s  a bit hit and miss, and I think the PM’s in SF tend to be on the pricier side, compared to other cities.

I’d be curious to hear about your experience with your current PM, what you,like/don’t like about them, and their rates.
