Thank you, was just wondering if government programs can hold you back from eviction etc.

If we all remember the wonderful times that our government was having back in January, you remember that the IRS (and the rest of the government) decided to shut down for the longest government shutdown in our nation's history.

People are getting tired of a government that punishes the Landlord and coddles the Tenant.

If so, then the bank is obligated to report that to the US government which is working hard to force US citizens to report their overseas monies. 

So you're probably only looking at around 30 phone calls and messages spread out over 10 hours when dealing with the government :). 

So much so, the State of Wisconsin has special statutes governing the trade!!!

The amount of paperwork the government requires is mind boggling.

Would I have to apply to my local government and get it rezoned for mobile home use ?

Is this an official government classification I can find somewhere or Bigger Pockets measure I need to learn?

I'm writing this in hopes that other's will take control of their future and dreams instead of letting their past or what's "normal" govern their lives.Like many others, I went to college in hopes of a better future.
