This is yet another poorly thought out "plan" coming out of the administration that can't fly for several reasons:If all interest, including mortgage interest, is no longer deductible, it will grind our banking system to an almost immediate, grinding halt.  

I wouldn't fly to Florida and begin as that is too far out of my comfort level at the moment.

Spend the money to fly to them and physically see their operation.

Another way to root out scammers is that they are too fly-by-night, cheap, or both, to pay for an email address that uses their web address in it; so they typically have gmail addresses.  

I'm selling you my home, I want to know that you are a legitimate company, rather than some fly-by-night scammer.

I would migraine there is not one person who is familiar with all of these markets.My recommendation is to fly out to a couple of these areas, tour the neighborhoods and meet with turnkey companies and or real estate brokerages.
