I am really enjoying investing in real estate and would like to continue.

I enjoy learning about the real estate investment market nationwide.

Current situation: I am at a bit of Crossroads, I have about $60k cash on hand that I am looking to invest and leverage, whether it be property or another business endeavor, I am just really looking for another project/business i can grow and I really enjoy real estate.

Most times I've had tenants that want to leave after a year end up sticking around because they really enjoyed their home (they took really good care of my property).Second, you can ask her for referrals, I've had tenants who lined up other tenants for me before they moved out.  

To have my assests produce a cash flow every month and year to pay for my expenses so that I can enjoy this life. 

I would venture to say <20% of those old ladies can travel alone (or not) and actually benefit/grow/enjoy from it.

1) I wonder if a cash out refi on my condo is my best option to free up more of my own cash, and if i get that cash, whether to use it to pay off my 4 unit building or buy another property. 2)  I don't know how to structure a private money deal and it is keeping me from moving forward with the private money option.I've enjoyed all the info. and wealth of information that people take time to share.  

I will need a worthy wing man at one point or another...and this particular one I really enjoy working with.
