Should have told me that before we ran the check.Here's the problem, if they had told us about the eviction, and been up front about it - we could either have saved the application fee being wasted, or taken a view whether to continue on it, which we might well have - as I said, he was a nice genuine guy.But by not disclosing it his credibility was shot.

I seriously doubt I could recreate that timeframe in today's market, because I was buying during the "crash," and then rents shot up.
