Hello,

I just recently got my real estate license and am presently trying to sell my home.  I have contacted several local realtors and showed them my listing via email or text message and haven't gotten the best responses.  It is a beautiful property in lake mary, fl that I am trying to get off my hands as fast as I can in order to start investing in flipping properties. Any tips are appreciated.

Thanks!

@Michael Palma

welcome to the site. Congrats on getting the license.

The best and quickest way to sell a home is going to be to price is correctly and offer decent Co-Broke. If the usual co-broke in your area is 3% you want to make sure you offer at least 3%.

Good luck.
