Depending on your existing underlying insurance coverage, getting a PLUP worth a couple million and having asset protection across all your liabilities could be an option too.

Of particular note, municipalities may elect to require operators to carry insurance coverage of at least $500,000 either personally or through their hosting platforms.

There's too many options for there to be a good comprehensive book on the whole subject.

Monthly rents (including the 2 single family houses on the property) is $7350.I own the park under a single member LLC (i'm the sole member), and manage it under a different single member LLC (again, I'm the sole memeber).I'm looking for basic liability coverage (1 to 2M) that will cover me for anything that might happen on the property (slip and fall, etc).  

@Mackal Smith Everything your agent is saying is true, if you want a policy that gives you maximum coverage. 

They can provide you with a comprehensive property report to include actual comps, property condition (if available) and market desirability.

In some instances, it may be a better situation for you the consumer, only so long as they can provide you with the correct coverage with a triple A  rated company at very competitive rates?
