Liability Insurance Pricing

I recently purchased a small mobile home park (16 mobile homes, owned by their respective occupants, plus 2 single family homes on the property which i rent out).  Monthly rents (including the 2 single family houses on the property) is $7350.

I own the park under a single member LLC (i'm the sole member), and manage it under a different single member LLC (again, I'm the sole memeber).

I'm looking for basic liability coverage (1 to 2M) that will cover me for anything that might happen on the property (slip and fall, etc).  I think I'm being gouged by my current agent ($2m aggregate, $1M per incident, and I'm paying about $2000 annual for the policy (liability only, I have separate fire insurnace for the houses on the property).

Does that seem like a lot for a commercial liability insurance policy on a mobile home park?
