At some point, especially if you scale, there will be a higher and better use of your time, or you will find out you can't stand managing, or your rentals may not be in your backyard anymore if you choose to invest out of area.

For my next purchase I'm looking at going with another carrier that lets me choose the amount I'm comfortable insuring it for.
