Grateful to see other landlords working with tenants, keeping turnover low, and generally seeing them as human beings with limitations like all of us instead of the guy who was whining about having to do something for the single mom and her infant child when the house had a gas leak and it was below freezing.

I have a commercial property that consists of a salon, barber shop, and child daycare that never is above $300/month and you can imagine how much water they all use.If you cannot source the cause, maybe invest in a split meter between units (if possible) to isolate it.

Younger people feel a lot more invincible than their older counterparts.Places like Ditmas Park, Brooklyn, will get older and more mature established professionals.Same City, just different Neighborhoods.With an average listing price of $1,750,000 (according to realtor.com) Ditmas Park is hardly a poster child for remaining in close proximity to the big city.
